Q: I heard of a great publication produced by PCNA. Where can I order it?

A: Most of our publications are available online. Please visit the Publications page for more information. If you cannot find the publication you are looking for on this page, please contact the national office, (608) 250-2440 or info@pcna.net so we may assist you.

Q: I have tried to submit my application for membership/annual symposium online, but it doesn't work!

A: We apologize for any technical problems you encounter on our website. Please contact the national office, (608) 250-2440 or info@pcna.net. We will help you with this problem by letting you know if we are currently having any problems with the website and if we have received your application form.

Q: I don't like using my credit card online.

A: We assure you that our website offers the highest level of security available. Credit cards are securely processed by VeriSign. While in the checkout area of the shopping cart (where you enter your credit card information), you can see the padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. This symbol indicates that you are on a secure webpage.

Q: What is the Cardiac/Vascular Certification?

A: This certification exam is given by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and promoted by PCNA. This certification is for nurses (geared toward RN and BSN) who wish to distinguish themselves as someone who has developed a specialty in cardiology. Being a certified cardiac/vascular nurse shows that you are committed to your work as well as to continuing your education. Please visit our certification page for more information.
