Rules and Regulations

* I have read the Rules and Regulations in the Exhibit Prospectus and agree to abide by them along with other rules and directives which may be issued by PCNA on conjunction with PCNA's Annual Symposium. Exhibitors are required to carry current Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 (two million U.S. dollars) Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. Certificates of insurance must be furnished to PCNA upon request. Please print a copy of this for your files.
