In order to reduce travel costs for participants, the 2010 PCNA Annual Symposium will be held in a central suburban location near Chicago O'Hare Airport. Meals:
Thanks to the generous support of sponsors, PCNA hopes to be able to provide all meals for participants, starting with breakfast on Thursday, April 15 through breakfast on Saturday, April 17. This means that your food expenses during the Annual Symposium will be significantly less than in previous years.
Travel & Tourism:
The hotel offers free shuttles to Woodfield Mall and the nearby Metra Rail Station. Visit the Chicago Tourism website if are thinking about coming in early or staying late to explore.
Roommate & Carpool Finder:
PCNA can help you make your travel more budget friendly! We can help find roommates & regional carpoolers to help reduce travel costs for participants. Contact Bonny Wolter at the National Office to be paired up with a roommate or find someone who is interested in carpooling from neighboring states to the 16th Annual Symposium in Schaumburg, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
Please note that once PCNA has paired you with a roommate or carpooler, you are responsible for making all other hotel and travel arrangements.
